I know some of you miss the stories that started to accompany my later Making it Yours (MiY) posts. I do too! I’ll bring them back next time.
We’ve come to the last look in this edition of MiY, featuring the French Modernist Armchair. When I work on this series, I like to reuse pieces throughout, just as we all tend to do in our homes over the years.
Taking a closer look, we have the pillows and throw from the first look, along with the striped lamp and a similar soft blue on the walls. The bookshelf from the second look has been brought into this bedroom space, and everything has gotten a lively dose of green courtesy of the new rug, which calls to mind the initial green sofa. I’ve also included a faux potted plant for this room, but of course you could take that idea and substitute a real one.
